the ideal wardrobe // cravings

A few days ago while I was sick in bed I browsed through net-a-porter and decided to create a collage of all the pieces I'd chose if I had an unlimited budget and haha as you can see I found quite a lot :D I noticed that I chose either simple, rock-vibey pieces in black,grey and white or fun, feminine and colourful ones with flamboyant prints and the combination of both is what I consider being the main essence of my style. I love to mix feminine with dark, which is why I believe the above items would result in the ideal wardrobe for me.

Which of the collages do you prefer or would you go for a mix like I would?

Yes yes yes spring makes me so happy, eating ice-cream, going outside without a coat or jacket, flowers everywhere - perfect. Plus, my finals are over in two days and then the holidays begin ♥

Topshop x Mary Katrantzou - 10 years of supporting British fashion

I actually wanted to tell you about this much earlier, but somehow I never got around to it, well better late than never ;) During my stay at LFW Topshop launched an amazing collection of limited edition t-shirts in order to celebrate 10 year of them supporting British fashion. T-shirts designed by various British designers they supported throughout these years, such as Christopher Kane, Craig Lawrence, Ashish and Erdem to name a few. In my opinion one of the best designer - high street collaboration I've ever seen! And rather cheap as well - only 30 pounds per shirt. 

One of the designers was Mary Katrantzou, who I'm a big fan of and I fell in love with her shirt at first sight, for which she used a similiar print to one of her SS12 collection (klick), and bought it directly.

Apart from the t-shirt line Katrantzou also designed a seperate collection for Topshop and you received a beautiful Mary Katrantzou x Topshop bag with every purchase over 50 pounds ♥ Thumbs up for both collaborations!

Yesterday I bought what I consider being the perfect heels for spring and summer. When I saw them of Aimee of Song of Style I knew I had to have them, they just look perfect to everything from jeans to shorts to dresses, ah I have tons of combinations in my head right now, they look especially amazing to bare legs - LOVE. Get used to them, because I can assure that you'll see them rather often on here.

spring inspiration

Whilst preparing posts for you to look at during my adscense due to my Abitur exams, I noticed that I hadn't done an inspiration post in a really long time, which you always seemed to have enjoyed in the past. So I sat down, scrolled through my tumblr and chose a few pictures that I find inspiring for the oncoming spring season.

I want tons of jewellery, flowers and braids in my hair, cropped shirts, print mixing and denim in all variations.

Giveaway Winner - Veet & London Fashion Week

As I've told you in a previous post, my Abitur (final school exams) begins this week, my first exam is on Friday to be concrete - waaah! Since I have three of them up until the 28th you shouldn't expect that much posting on here, school will probably be the only thing I'll be thinking about this month. I do hope you can understand that :) I've prepared a few posts this weekend like an instagram journal and a post with a few random pictures for example and I'll post about the giveaway winners next Saturday as well. So every once in a while you'll be able to check out a post of mine :)

hello spring

dress-Topshop/boots-Zign/belt-Vintage UO

You might remember that Veet sent me shopping in London back in February as their Fashion Week reporter and of course my main target was Topshop, since it's one of the few stores we don't have in Germany yet, and I found quite a few nice things :) One of them was that lovely midi dress I'm wearing on the pictures. And yes, it seem like spring is finally here so I was able to go out without wearing thights! Since it was the first time I was bare-legged this year I tried the Veet EasyWax which you can win on my blog atm, and I can say it's really good! Now I feel prepared for the warmer months :)
