Just like I did during NYFW (klick) I just clicked through the PFW shows which have taken place so far found two shows which COMPLETELY blew my mind, probably my two fave shows of the entire fashion month! But PFW isn't over yet and shows like Celine, Givenchy, Chloe, Miu Miu and McQueen are yet to come... but anyways, here are my top three PFW shows so far!
1.Balmain
I don't think it's brave to say that Balmain AW12 was entirely perfect! I could have posted every single look because they were all so beautiful! You know that I prefer simple looks in black and white topped off with nice detailing, one eye-catching piece or unique accessoires and Balmain was all that. As you can see it was mainly held in black and white and the pieces had rather unspectacular cuts, but it was the detailing that made the collection so special. It had a Vintage feel about it but was still super modern - I think I could gush about every single look for hours.
2. Isabel Marant
And Isabel Marant! I honestly can't tell which of the two collections I prefer, since they were both so stunning. Concerning the cuts it was rather similar to Balmain: short skirts, boyish jackets, slim 7/8 pants, the focus on the low waist and mainly long sleeves. It's not hard to see that Marant got inspired by cowboys and the wild west, and since I've always loved the western look I'm completely in love. Furthermore she sticked to her trademark mix of ultra-feminine and laid back coolness which always gives her collections a special touch. I'm quite positive as well that we see a new trend-shoe there: them booooots - stunners! Definitely on my imaginary wishlist already!!!
3. Lanvin
Okay, honestly I didn't really like the main part of Lanvin AW12 that much, but those three dresses were just too good to not to share them with you and stayed in my head so much that I felt like it was actually my third fave show of PFW so far :D Especially that velvet dress and the dress with the pleated draping are sooo stunning I could look at them the entire day :D

Two of your top three belong to my top three haha...Definetely Balmain is always right there and Isabel Marant did a great job...I also liked very much Haider Ackerman´s collection.

The one i can't take my eyes off is the third dress in line 2! It's incredibly beautiful.
